Complaints Procedure

We aspire is to have happy and satisfied patients but, if you have any complaints, we will make every effort to resolve them as quickly as possible in a fair and transparent manner.

In the first instance you should discuss the matter with the person providing your treatment or speak to the Practice Manager, who will be able to deal with your complaint and talk you through our procedure. The complaint could be made to the practice in person, by post, by telephone, or by email: pm.gretnadentalpractice@gmail.com. You can also pick up a copy of our complaints policy from reception. We believe this will provide the best chance of dealing with your complaint informally, thoroughly and quickly. Patient care and satisfaction is our top priority and we aim to resolve any complaints with this in mind. If you feel that your complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved you may contact The Dental Complaints Service, for private treatment or The Health Board, for NHS treatment.
